Mike Donato will be running a practice run through on Combined Events (formerly called Multi Event) & coaching session on Sunday 20th January from 8:30am-midday. As State Combined Events is 2 weeks away this is an excellent opportunity to prepare for this exciting, but challenging State event.
Regular scheduled Sun throws (8:30-10am) & sprint training (10-11:30am) is still on.
This Saturday at approximately 11.00am Rise Health Group will run a session on correct foam rolling techniques for any registered Knox Little Athlete.
The benefits of foam rolling are huge & improves overall mobility & flexibility, injury prevention & rehabilitation.
If you are interested to attend or have any further questions, please email secretary@klac23.org.au to secure your spot. Depending on numbers the session will either be held underneath the grandstand or at the pavilion near the canteen.
We ask that all athletes who attend bring their own foam roller.
Little Aths is back tomorrow (Sunday 13th January) & starts at 3.00pm. Program C.
