Congratulations Rhydian Cowley – New Australian Record.
Congratulations to past Knox Little Athlete Rhydian Cowley who smashed three minutes off his personal best time, and set a new Australian Record in the Men’s 35km Race Walk last Sunday in Melbourne. Congratulations Rhydian.
