Please note that Long Jump & Triple Jump training has finished for 2018 & will re-commence on January 10th 2019.

This Sunday is our last competition day for the year & we have a huge one planned!

This weeks competition is Multi Event which starts at 3.00pm.

There will be a short break in the program at approximately 4.30pm where the Ray Abley gift will be run & won.

After Multi Event has concluded there will be a free BBQ & back by popular demand will be the Colour Run.

Parents helpers & athletes please note that it is recommended to bring some old clothes to change into before the colour run & to bring a towel & some protective eyewear……the colour does come out, but be warned it is messy.

We are also looking for a few parent helpers to run our free BBQ around 6.00pm, can you please email secretary@klac23.org.au if you can help out.

There may also be a visit from Santa….see you Sunday.
