50th T-shirts: Remaining tops from the first order have been distributed to clubs. Next order is due to be delivered in the next two weeks. We’ll let you know when they are ready for pickup.

Hoodies: New batch of hoodies were delivered today. All sizes available. Order Now!

State Relays: Make sure you wear a Knox singlet, crop or T-shirt to compete (not 50th T-shirt). Coles patches must be sewn on (not pinned).

Coles Patch: The uniform shop has run out of these. We hope to get more soon. Please see if your club has any spares.

We are planning to go ahead with the program tomorrow, but will also keep an eye on the weather.

If the weather is bad we will make the call around 8.15am if we decide to cancel & will post on KLAC website & Facebook.

No news means that we are on.

Due to the unavailability of some Long/Triple jump coaches, there are changes to the training session Monday 26/11/18.

The long jump session from 5.00 – 5.45 for athletes from U7-U10 has been cancelled.

There will be a Long jump only session for athletes U11-U15 from 5.45. No Triple jump coaching will be available.

Please note that the track will not be available for training this Sunday 25th November from 11.00am to 4.00pm
