Delayed start this morning.

Good morning…. we are looking forward to our first week of competition for Season 2022-2023.

There is currently a rain band overhead which looks like it will clear shortly with nothing behind it.

We have decided to delay the start of competition this morning to allow for the rain to clear and set up to be completed. Our program will start at approx 9am.

We look forward to seeing you all soon!

Please keep an eye on the website and Facebook for further updates.

Track and Field 2022/23 Season Calendar Released

The Knox LAC Executive Committee at the recent Executive Meeting endorsed the proposed season calendar for season 2022-23. The season calendar can be downloaded below.

PLEASE NOTE: These dates are subject to change

At this point the Centre has set the calendar up as a normal season, albeit starting early. As most will be aware the track is due for upgrading this season. To get as many weeks of competition in at the Knox track we are also running competition through the school holidays.

The dates from December are shown in red as the times and location of competition may change as a result of the proposed track upgrades starting. We will be competing at Knox for as long as possible until Knox Council advises us of start dates for the works.

Once these dates are known we will be updating the calendar details as needed to complete the season. Any changes will be communicated as early as possible to minimise any disruptions to our season.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact a committee member.
