The Knox Little Athletics Centre Executive Committee would like to wish all our athletes, families, officials and volunteers a very Merry Christmas and a safe, happy New Year.

The Committee is taking a well-earned Christmas break and will be back on deck from Monday, 5 January.

Unfortunately, due to ongoing severe weather, Little Athletics is cancelled today. The weather has not improved enough for us to run the competition safely.

There is a current severe weather warning in place, including the risk of storms, heavy rain, large hail, and possible flash flooding.

Athletics will resume after the Christmas break on 11 January 2026.

If you are travelling during the holidays, please do so safely. We wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and look forward to seeing you in the new year.

REMINDER – Knox Little Athletics Multi Event Competition

This Sunday | Starts 3:00pm SHARP

This Sunday is our Multi Event Competition AND Christmas break-up

And rumour has it… a very special visitor might be making an appearance for the kids

Need to know:

Please arrive early to check in – no later than 2.30pm|
All long jumps will be running – officials on duty, make sure you sign in early
Trial athletes can register at the office at the top of the grandstand

In the lead-up to Christmas, the Knox LAC coaches would like to take this opportunity to thank every athlete who has taken part in our coaching sessions throughout the year.

With the summer holidays fast approaching, many of us are preparing for a well-earned break.

The dates below have been provided by the coaches; however, athletes and families are encouraged to contact individual event coaches to confirm their final sessions for 2025 and the resumption of coaching in January 2026.
