For our U9–U17 athletes, relays are all about teamwork, Centre spirit and racing together for Knox. Whether you’re a speedster, a great baton changer or simply love being part of a team, we’d love to have you involved! 💙💛

✨ TRAINING & TEAM SPIRIT
Our age group coaches will organise dedicated relay training sessions at Knox to help athletes develop their baton changes, teamwork and race strategy.
Training is an important part of being in a relay team and a great opportunity to build confidence and team spirit before Region Relays.

👥 TEAM SELECTION & COMMITMENT
Relays are a genuine team event — your teammates are counting on you!
Coaches will select teams with every effort made to give as many athletes as possible the opportunity to compete, while putting together competitive Knox teams with the aim of progressing from Region to State.
Relay events include:
🔹 4 x 100m – Boys / Girls / Mixed
🔹 4 x 200m – Boys / Girls / Mixed
🔹 Swedish Medley – 100m, 300m, 200m, 400m
