We have designed a special top to celebrate Knox’s 50th Birthday.
2018-19 season athletes order their FREE personalised top when they register online with LAVic.
Parents, carers, volunteers and supporters can order their very own personalised top too, for $25.
Orders placed will be added to the next bulk order with the supplier.
This Sunday Scoresby Striders have their fundraiser & will be putting on a BBQ.
As per the agreement from last year if any club has their fundraiser on a Sunday we ask that no other clubs put on a BBQ.
This Sunday is Blue Round to highlight the need to stamp out Bullying in society. It would be great to see as many people in blue on Sunday.
Athlete’s still need to wear their Subway patch.

The last metro ITCC (Into to coaching course) is on at Caulfield this Sunday 21st October.

Costs $65 & covers all junior T&F events (including relays & sprints). This is a great course for getting up to speed with coaching – equivalent to a Level 2 in course content.
We reimburse you if you coach at the centre (event or relays).
It would be great to have anyone who currently has no coaching qualifications attend this course. You will really pickup a lot of useful information.
