This Saturday at approximately 11.00am Rise Health Group will run a session on correct foam rolling techniques for any registered Knox Little Athlete.
The benefits of foam rolling are huge & improves overall mobility & flexibility, injury prevention & rehabilitation.
If you are interested to attend or have any further questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to secure your spot. Depending on numbers the session will either be held underneath the grandstand or at the pavilion near the canteen.
We ask that all athletes who attend bring their own foam roller.
