Do you get ‘500 INTERNAL SERVER ERROR’ or are asked to login when trying to access the Knox LAC photos?
Our photo albums are on Google+ previously known as PICASA.
There are some known issues with compatibility between Google+ and Internet browsers (for example, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome) that point to Google+ sign in status. If you want to know more about this issue, see the Google forum. Otherwise, try a few things listed below.
Things to try:
- Update your browser – older versions may not like Google+.
- Use a different browser – e.g. if you use IE or FF, then try Chrome.
