This Saturday at our normal cross country meet is the last chance for Knox athletes competing at EMR Region Cross Country to purchase any uniform items they need.
Please see Sarah at the Knox Tent on Saturday morning to purchase uniform.
A call room will be operating at EMR, so athletes must be in the correct Knox LAC competition uniform:
💛 Knox singlet or T-shirt
🖤 Plain black shorts
🚫 No logos on shorts
Please make sure you are organised before Region Cross Country.
We will not have uniform available on the day.
