Well done to all athletes that have made it through to the State Championships on Saturday the 14^th &  Sunday the 15^th March at Casey Fields.

Knox LAC has the second largest contingent of athletes in the State attending the Championships this year with 78 Athletes from 64 Families.

The Knox Championship Day is our last Track & Field event for the season & is open to Knox athletes only.

When: Saturday 28th March 2020, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Online entries only & entries close on Wednesday 18th March at 11.59pm.

Athletes must have participated in a minimum of 50% of available competition days before & after Christmas; OR if registered after Christmas, participated in a minimum of 90% of available competition days.

So, that’s the end of Virtual Championship Day for another year. Happy to report that 247 out of 303 athletes virtually competing today managed to take home a virtual medal, as well as 12 records broken. Medal Tally is here.

Scoresby Striders LAC have their fundraiser this Saturday the 29th February with lots of cakes for sale & prizes to be won.
