• All athletes who are competing at the State Combined Event must be in full Knox Centre Uniform.
• This includes either a Knox competition t-shirt, singlet or crop top along with PLAIN black shorts.
• Coles patch must be sewn onto the centre t-shirt, singlet or crop above the little athletics logo.
• All athletes must also wear their Commonwealth Bank Name Patch.

Entry Fee: $8.00 per event or 4 events for $30 (incl processing fee)

Available Events

Conditions of Entry

All athletes must be registered with Little Athletics Victoria or other state.
Centre or Club uniform must be worn with Registration Patch.
No protests will be entered into.
Spikes (maximum 7mm conical or xmas tree) are permitted for U11 to U17.
Specialist High Jump and Javelin footwear spikes shall not exceed 9mm and ONLY for these events.
Each athlete may progress ONE AGE GROUP IN ONE EVENT ONLY, if preferred event is not offered in correct age group, only if event is a standard event for their Age Group.
Under 15/16/17s will compete as one age group except for sprint hurdles and boys shotput/discus.
Knox LAC reserves the right to cancel or postpone the entire event due to extreme weather conditions.
Individual events may be cancelled due to insufficient entries.

Duty is Compulsory for Parents of Competing Knox LAC athletes.

Are you an U13 athlete – We need some more athletes for the U13’s relays squad, both Boys and Girls.

We are specifically looking for at least two more U13 Girls and One U13 boy to join the squad.

Training occurs at on Thursdays at 4pm.

After a well deserved holiday, our Long / Triple Jump Coach – Steve Morris – is back.

Long and Triple jump training will start on Monday 31st October.

4.30 – 5.15        Under 7-Under 10.  Older athletes are welcome, but no spikes.

5.15 – 6.00        Under 11 and Up (spikes permitted).

The Exec Committee has undertaken a review of the track and the weather predicted for this evening. With the current rain falling the track is currently unsafe for athletes and the surrounding grounds are also waterlogged making getting around the track difficult – therefore tonight’s competition is cancelled.
We will see you all next Saturday.
