Please come if you can to have a quick review of the 2014/15 season and hear some of the new initiatives being considered for next season.

This weekend is the LA Vic State Track & Field Championships being held at Lakeside stadium – Albert Park.
By now, you should have checked the previous website post to see if you’ve qualified. For the athletes who have qualified, please ensure you leave sufficient time to arrive at the venue before your duty and events.
Check-in
You are required to check-in with the Knox Team Managers when you arrive at the venue for the first time each day.
Uniform
Ensure you are wearing the correct uniform with black shorts, no logo and ensure you have a Jetstar patch sewn on your top. Incorrect uniform can result in athletes being refused entry to the call room at the uniform check point.
The timetable has recently been changed and is attached. Please ensure you use the attached timetable.
The duty roster has also changed and is attached. There will potentially be some flexibility with duty but please co-ordinate any changes with Mirella. If you will not be at the venue during your allocated duty time, please let Mirella know to avoid delaying the running of an event.
Clashes have been identified and are also attached. If you identify additional clashes, please let Mirella know. For clashes already identified, clash forms will be available on the day. Additional blank clash forms will be available if required. Athletes with clashes will be required to take one portion of the clash form to their event while the other portion is given to the call room by the Team Manager. Parents and athletes are also responsible for helping athletes avoid missing events.
Call rooms
Track events will close 20 minutes prior to the nominated or advertised start of each event.
Field events will close 30 minutes prior to the nominated or advertised start of each event.
Only Athletes, Officials and Team Managers (not Age Group Managers, Coaches or Parents) are permitted in the Call Rooms.
The Knox team
We will sit as a team in the grandstand on the front straight. Look for the Knox flags just up from the finish line.
