Do you have a friend that might like to try out little aths?
Why not ask them to come down on Saturday 10th October to have a go!
Just make sure they wear appropriate clothes and footwear for little aths, and that they check-in with your club to get a temporary patch.
You may have received some info from one of our coaches on the weekend about Relays for U9-U15 athletes.
Relays present a unique opportunity for athletes to compete as part of a team.
With our proud and successful history of competition in Relays, we invite U9-U15 athletes to join the Knox Relay Squad for the 2015-16 Track & Field season.
If you would like more information or are interested in being part of the squad please contact your age group’s coach or the Coaching Director.

All registered athletes will receive a new orange Jetstar patch, which is to be sewn on to their club athletics top above the LA Vic logo as shown on the centre top below.
If you have not received a patch or you have any questions regarding uniforms, please see a member of your Club Committee.
Please ensure the Jetstar patch is sewn on as soon as possible.
