Relays present a unique opportunity for athletes to compete as part of a team.
With our proud and successful history of competition in Relays, we invite U9-U15 athletes to join the Knox Relay Squad for the 2015-16 Track & Field season.

Do you have a friend that might like to try out little aths?
Why not ask them to come down on Saturday 10th October to have a go!
Just make sure they wear appropriate clothes and footwear for little aths, and that they check-in with your club to get a temporary patch.
The Monday Long/Triple jump session run by Steve Morris will not be held on Monday 12 October.
Training will resume on the following Monday, 19 October.
