Knox Cross Country Presentation Night

The night kicks off at 7:30pm on Saturday 6 August, at St Joseph’s Hall on Boronia Road in Boronia (note the later start time this year, again).

This is a great way to wrap up cross country season. Bring along nibbles and drinks, for a relaxed and enjoyable evening.

The theme for the evening is Rio!

Knox Cross Country Championships
When: Sat 30 July 2016
Where: Jells Park North (Waverley Road entry)
When: First race starts at 9am
Program: The day is run like any normal day of competition.
Who: Open to ALL registered athletes – from Knox and other centres.

EVENT REGISTRATION NOT REQUIRED.
Just turn up with your number bib, ready to run!

Medals: Qualified Knox athletes (participated at 60% or more CC comp days) vying for medals and bragging rights within their age group. The medals are handed out at our end of season Presentation Night.

We’ll also have a 1500m Parents’ Run.
Participants need to nominate their estimated time — no watches allowed!

Good luck to all Knox athletes competing at State Cross Country tomorrow, Saturday 23 July 2016.

For those not competing, enjoy a morning off!

Introduction to Coaching Course (ITCC) at Knox Park

Sunday 11th September, approx. 8.45am to 3.20pm.
Participants MUST be at least 16 years of age at the time of the course.

Cost: $100 + STG processing fee, includes all practical sessions and coaching resources.
*Cost reimbursed by the Centre for Knox attendees who become a centre coach.

Standby Duty

To provide relief for families on Call Room and General Official duty, so they can watch their own child race.

All athletes and Duty Parents are required to register with Team Manager John SMITH. It’s athletes responsibility to collect running bib.

It is advisable to arrive at least 1 hour prior to event.

Entry to Cruden Farm is opposite 10 Cranhaven Road, Langwarrin (Melways Ref: 103, G6). There is no venue entry fee and there is plenty of parking within the farm paddock.
