Target Audience : Coaches, Parents interested in becoming coaches and Older athletes.
Location : Knox Athletics Track, under the grandstand.

• Latest info on Long Term Athlete Devepment (LTAD) for junior athletes (from NSCA, ASCA, Canadian IS)
• Relaying AIS load monitoring presentation for juniors & athletes for injury prevention (from AIS Physio Ben Raysmith)
• Updates in understanding running for sprinting, jumps & hurdles (from Bosch, Klomp, Kraaijenhof, Weyand)
• Understanding the importance of internal vs external coaching cues
• Increasing importance & use of analytics

We need someone to manage our uniform shop for the 2016-17 season.
The role involves ordering, selling and distributing centre uniforms and merchandise to our athletes, chiefs and families.
