Rio 2016Knox Cross Country Presentation Night
Saturday 6 August.

The night kicks off at 7:30pm
St Joseph’s Hall on Boronia Road in Boronia.

This is a great way to wrap up cross country season. Bring along nibbles and drinks, for a relaxed and enjoyable evening.

The theme for the evening is Rio!

Knox CC Champs Tomorrow – Program C

Program C: The day is run like any normal day of competition.

1: U09-10: 1500m, starts at 9am.
2: U13-16: 3000m
3: U06: 500m
4: Parents: 1500m
5: U07-08: 1000m
6: U11-12: 2000m

Knox CC Champs – Open to other centres

Join usKnox Cross Country Championships
When: Sat 30 July 2016
Where: Jells Park North (Course Map)
When: First race starts at 9am

Our cross country championship meet is open to other centre athletes. No need to register. No cost. Just turn up in your centre uniform with your number bib attached, ready to run.

There will also be a 1500m parents’ race.
