On Sun 21st Jan from 8:30am-2pm, the Knox coaches are running a pre-event run through at the Knox track in preparation to State Multi-Event the following weekend.

This will be a combined coaching & competition session where athletes will do every event in order & it will be scored. Several Knox event coaches will be in attendance.

We will go over initial warm-ups & recovery/preparation strategies for each event.

Last chance to optimise your multi-event point scores for each event.

If you are being coached by someone else, please check with your coach whether they want you to attend. Other coaches are welcome to join in & assist.
