This Saturday we are racing at Jells Park North, it’s our last Cross Country race for the season & it’s Championship Day!

All athletes – from Knox & other Centres – can run this Saturday but to be eligible for a medal you need to have competed in 60%+ of our races & the athletes’ parent must have completed at least 1 duty throughout the Cross Country season. (does not include Open Day or EMR)

Program C  (program commences 9am sharp)

Race Order:
U9-10 1500m > U13-16 3000m > U6 500m > U7-8 1000m > U11-12 2000m.

Championship Day is only 1 race away & there are still athletes that will miss out because their parent has not done the required 1 duty.

Due to construction work being done at Norton Park & no toilet facilities available we will run Cross Country at Knox Park instead.

U7-8 1000m > U11-12 2000m> U6 500m > U9-10 1500m > U13-16 3000m.

The 2019 State Cross Country Championships will include Multi-Class Championships. Athletes need to have a classification in order to compete. Any Multi-Class athletes without a classification who want to compete should contact Sam Quinn < samantha.quinn@lavic.com.au> to find out how to get classified.

Note: All athletes need to report to the recording tent well before their race to get their handicap time.
