This week we are racing at Knox Park Athletics Track.

Come dressed in your football colours. There will be a special fundraiser for Beyond Blue & we ask all athletes give a gold coin donation on the start line.

Race Order : (First race is at 9.00am sharp)

U9 &10 1500m, U13-16 3000m,  U6 500m, U7 & 8 1000m, U11 &12 2000m

Remember 1 duty is required to qualify for Championship Day, so get in early. There are still spots available for this Saturday.

EMR are running a kids fun run before Cross Country Regions (EMR) on Saturday 22nd June.

U6’s run 500m, U7’s & U8’s run 1,000m. All finishers will receive a participation medal.

Due to LA Vic Relays at Cruden Farm this Saturday we will be short of our regular volunteers…….Remember 1 duty is required to qualify for Championship Day, so this would be a good week to make yourself available & help your club.

Entries for Cross Country Regional competition are now open.

You must register, compete and complete the course at Regionals to qualify for State Cross Country in August. 

Entry fee $20 + admin fee covers for both Regional and State competitions.
