The rescheduled Championship Day Duty roster is now done. Please note that there are two sessions (12.15pm & 3.45pm) so please check both session times. You can view the duty roster here

Our first Cross Country & new athlete registration day starts this Saturday at Koomba Park. (Burwood Hwy/Mountain Hwy behind Wantirna Tennis Club)

Due to popular demand we are using the online duty register again this season. This year families will only be required to do 1 duty for their child to be eligible for Cross Country Championship Day later in The season. To see all the duties for the whole season go to the calendar.

Due to KLAC also running it rescheduled Little Athletics Championship Day at 12.30pm, there will be no canteen or BBQ.

Please note that any athlete that competes at Cross Country in the morning will only get participation points for this week only.

It was unfortunate that our Championship Day had to be cancelled yesterday due to poor weather. It was a difficult decision to make, but in the end the right decision was made.

The KLAC Executive Committee have agreed that next Saturday 6^th April at 12.30pm is the new date & start time for Knox Championship Day.

This will allow those who want to compete at Cross Country in the morning at Koomba Park (Cross Country starts next Saturday 6^th April, permits have been approved & purchased months ago) & also to compete at Championship Day.

An updated Program with updated athlete event times & duty roster will be sent though later in the week.

At approximately 11.40am there will be adult relays (minimum combined age of 160 years)

At approximately 12.00pm we will celebrate & say goodbye & to our U16’s with a final lap of the track.

When the program is completed we will then have our Colour Run to finish off the year off in style. Make sure you bring a white t-shirt, glasses & a change of clothes, we have twice as much colour……you don’t want to miss this one!
