Our philosophy for our athletes: Active involvement in games and challenges gives young athletes (ages 6-10) an opportunity to practice and explore the basics/fundamental movement skills (related to the events) in a positive and motivational manner. For example, landing in Long Jump, arm technique with running etc.
When: Mondays 5-6pm (schedule below).
Who: Athletes aged 6-10 years with a smile.
Where: Knox Athletics Track, meet at back straight.
What to bring: Drink, runners, hat, sunscreen.
