The LAVic trial athlete portal is also open for cross country! Prospective athletes can enjoy 2 weeks of competition before committing — simply select Knox as your preferred centre.
🏃♀️ Coaching & Training
Cross country training sessions run Mondays and Wednesdays at the Knox track from 4:30pm.
Coaching is free and included in your registration.
📅 Season Start
The 2026 Cross Country season kicks off on Saturday 2 May, with our first competition at Knox Park.
Whether you’re returning from Track & Field or giving cross country a go for the first time, we’d love to see you there — everyone is welcome!

👨👩👧 Parent Duty
As with summer, parent duty is required. Knox uses an online volunteer system so families can choose a role that suits them. More details coming soon!
