The Victorian Government has announced today that the covid lockdown will be lifted from 11.59 Tuesday night.
LAVic have posted a memo to centres the afternoon which states:
A ‘Table of Restrictions’ has been released by the State Government, summarising the new restrictions for community sport, however, it doesn’t contain all the conditions that determine the safe conduct of Little Athletics.
The Restricted Activity Directions (Victoria) (No.20) document, setting out all the restrictions in detail, is yet to be released by the State Government.
Once released, LAVic will revise and release a comprehensive and complete statement on restrictions, and implications for our sport, most likely early tomorrow.
The Executive Committee will make further announcements on a return to cross country competition and training activities once we have the advice from LAVic.
