Are you competing at Regionals on the 12 and 13 February and need to purchase Knox uniform. You can order online through the Knox Uniform shop and collect it at the track (under the grandstand) on Saturday from 10am.

This Saturday is your last chance to order Uniform Online and collect it before EMR on the 12 and 13 February.

Please note: Uniforms are only available for purchase online and can be collected at the track from 10am. We will not be selling Knox uniforms at the track this Saturday.

All Knox Uniform must have the Coles badge sewn on the Knox top on the right hand side above the Little Aths Vic logo.

With Regionals being held at Knox this year we will be having a working bee on the 6 February from 10am until 12pm to give the track a bit of tidy up before EMR.

Date: 6 February 2022
Time: 10 am Start
Bring your own tools (shovel, rakes, pruning shears etc., blowers, line trimmers, edgers etc. (petrol power is preferred)
Jobs include: General cleaning up, weeding shotput area and gardens, edging and whipper snipping around the track, pruning.

Refund: Families that attend the working bee will receive a working bee levy refund of $30 – just remember to sign in and sign out for the working bee.

Please note: Covid Protocols will be in place. Sign in via the QR code and sanitiser will be available

Do you know how to Scissor Kick correctly. Scissor kick is an important stepping stone for correct high jump technique.

Brad from Knox Athletics Club is running the second session for our U8-U10 athletes to learn the correct scissor kick technique.

Session 2 will be held on Wednesday 2nd February 2022 from 5.30pm – 6.30pm

Last Chance to enter into the 2022 Coles EMR Track and Field Carnival!
Entries close at 11.59pm Sunday.

The 2022 Coles EMR Track & Field Carnival will take place at Knox Park Athletics Centre, Knoxfield on the 12th and 13th February 2022.

Athletes can choose a maximum of 5 events

Cost: $11/per event (+ admin fee)

If you are heading to State Combined Events tomorrow or Sunday there are a few things to remember

• Remember to wear Knox Centre Uniform. Do not wear your club top.
• If you do not bring your Knox uniform you will not be able to compete. We will not have spare tops for sale at the track.
• Coles badges must be sewn on above the LAVic logo. Do not pin the Coles badges on.
• Remember to bring your Name Patch. We will not be able to print new patches on the day if you forget it.
• Wear black shorts. No Pockets. Logos on the shorts must be smaller than 4cm.
• And of course bring food, water, sunscreen and a hat.
• Knox LAC will be setup in the front straight grandstand.

If you ordered Knox Centre Uniform for State Combined Event and could not pick it up on Friday night, the team manager will have your top for you to pick up when you arrive at Lakeside Stadium.
