Here is a list of the confirmed athletes and their events.

Please note that registration is closed and changes are not permitted.

As in previous years we aim to have athletes try some of the events that they will be participating in the following year. Athletes are currently learning skills associated with hurdles.

On Saturday 14 March U7 athletes will try out hurdles.

There will only be three hurdles and the athletes will be walked over them before attempting at normal speed.

If you have any questions, please ask Nevenka or Katherine at the track.

Have you qualified for the LA Vic State Championships? If so, you should be ramping up your training over the next few weeks so you’re well prepared for state.

Even if you’re not competing at state, come and join in at training and get some extra tips from our great Knox coaches. Training can improve your chances of getting more PBs late in the season.

When:

• Monday 5:15pm to 6.30pm with Frank
• Wednesday 5.30pm to 7.00pm with Frank
• Sunday 8.30am to 10.30am with Mike & Mark

Events: Shotput, Discus, Javelin

Congratulations to Knox’s 89 athletes who have qualified for State oner 177 events.

If you have qualified and are unavailable for your event(s) on 28th/29th March, please let our Team Manager Mirella Louey (manager@klac23.org.au) know ASAP so that another athlete can be given the opportunity to compete.
