This is a great family weekend getaway, based at a school camp on the shores of Lake Nilhacootie.

Toast marshmallows on the bonfire, paddle a canoe out on the lake, or just sit back and relax for a couple of days mid year – it’s a weekend that offers something for everybody.

Places are limited so get in quick or you will miss out!

Cost is $50 per person and includes 3 nights’ dormitory-style accommodation and all meals.

Knox Little Athletics will pink up for Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA)’s annual Pink Sports Day on Mother’s Day weekend, 9 May 2015

We hope that everyone will come together, pink up and get behind our athletes as they run for a great cause!

Time to dig out your favourite pink running gear, ready for our Pink Up for PINK Sports Day next Saturday.

Wear something pink instead of your club or centre top! Hats, ribbons, tshirts, shorts, socks, shoe laces, runners, sweat bands — the more pink the better.
