There is no Knox Cross Country on Saturday 6 June – Queens Birthday weekend.
For those not heading up to Benalla that weekend, you might want to enter Ringwood Little Aths Cross Country Open Day.
When: Sunday 7 June 2015
Where: Proclamation Park, Sylvia Grove Ringwood
Starting Time: 9.30am (Marshalling time for the first event is 9.15am)
Postal Entries $7.00 and close Wednesday 3 June.
On day entry $10.00.

Have you put your name down for duty yet?
We need a number of families on-duty every week to ensure we start on time and the meet runs smoothly!
Families are required to do duty AT LEAST ONCE during the Cross Country season. This applies to all families, including those from other Centres.
You can choose your own dates! Just write your name against your preferred dates on the notice board.
When on duty, please arrive by 8:45am to be in place by 9:00am for the start of the first race.
We have a number of regional and state events comming up that require athletes to wear the Knox Centre uniform.

What: State Road Relays at Sandown – Saturday 11 July 2015
Date: Saturday 11 July 2015 — This event clashes with a regular Knox Cross Country event. Attendance at either event will be recognised by Knox, however the regular meet will be non-points scoring.
Venue: Sandown Racecourse
Registration: $5 per athlete. Athletes form teams of 3. Athletes MUST register with the Team Manager to participate. On-day registration is NOT available.
Duty: Participating families may be required to do duty on the day. More info closer to the event.
Uniform: Athletes must wear Knox LAC uniform. Singlets will be available for purchase over the next couple of weeks. For cost or other info about uniforms, please see Mark O’Mahoney or email Karen Butler at uniforms@klac23.org.au.
