Coaching Program for September to December 2015

Athletics provides training & development for critical foundation skills for junior athletes like running, jumping and throwing. These are important for almost every sport. Attending training once or twice a week improves an athlete’s skill and performance while reducing the risk of injury.

Note:

  • Knox LAC coaching sessions are available to all registered athletes.
  • Sessions for most events start on Monday 21 September.
  • Junior development (U6-U11) with Nevenka will start mid-October.
  • Please contact the event coaches directly to confirm their specific start date.
