ALL athletes (Knox and other centres) MUST wear their number patch to participate at Cross Country. Athletes without a patch will not be able to run. Lost patches can be replaced for $5.
We appreciate your help!
As with Track and Field, families are required to do duty during the Cross Country season. This includes families from other Centres.
Just write your name against your preferred dates on the notice board.
When on duty, please arrive by 8:45am to be in place by 9:00am for the start of the first race.
