On Saturday 7 May, athletes and parents are encouraged to wear something PINK and bring along a gold coin donation to raise money for cancer research.
If you’re planning to wear a pink top instead of your club/centre singlet, don’t forget to wear your LAVic number patch.

As with Track and Field season, all families participating in Cross Country are asked to do duty. Just add your name to the list on the board.
Don’t forget your number patch!
ALL athletes (Knox and other centres) MUST wear their number patch to participate at Cross Country. Lost patches can be replaced for $5.
