Where: Knox Athletics Track
Date: Tuesday 20 September (during term 3/4 holidays).
Times: 9am-12noon Juniors (9-12 yrs), 12:30-4:30pm for Seniors (13+, adults and coaches)

Cost:
Registered T&F or previous Smash athlete: Juniors $60, Seniors $90
All other athletes: Juniors $120, Seniors $150
Discounts for teams/schools (5+ attendees) and family siblings

Current All Schools sprint champion and previous Knox Little Athlete, Jordan Munyard, and TAC Cup Eastern Ranges Captain, Dylan Clarke, will be attending the afternoon session.

Pre-Season Training
The centre runs pre-season training on Sunday mornings for new events for athletes.

• Javelin U11+  ** FIRST SESSION SUN 11 SEP **
  Sun 11, 18 and 25 Sep, and 2Oct 8:30-9:30am
• Block start U12+
  Sun 18 and 25 Sep, and 2 and 9 Oct 8:30-9:30am
• Hammer U15 & U16
  Every Sunday, 8:30-10am

Spikes
It is recommended that athletes buying spikes for the first time get middle distance spikes with a heel, not adult sprint spikes without a heel.
This year U11’s are allowed to wear spikes for the first time, but can’t use blocks until U12’s.

Knox Park, Bunjill Way Knoxfield

Although the day doesn’t follow the same format as a normal meet, you will get a taste of Little Aths at Knox. We will have Chief Officials and other volunteers on hand to run children through a few events.

New families will also have an opportunity to finalise their registration (proof of age only) and meet their club before the season officially starts.
