If you have just joined the Centre or a Club’s Executive Committee, please consider attending Knox Councils ‘Knox your role’ workshop.

When: Wednesday 24th May 7pm – 9:30pm.
Free to register and attend.

Keep Cross Country running – join our committee!

The positions below will be vacant at the end of this season, so we’re looking for volunteers to learn the ropes.

Chairperson: key position and main contact for CC, attends & runs monthly meetings, coordinates CC activities, manages park bookings, other tasks as required.

Minutes Secretary: attends and takes minutes at monthly meetings, prepares and distributes meeting agenda and minutes to CC team.

Results: Coordinate timing and results activities at each meet, publish results online. Although this vacancy is not yet confirmed, we’d like to find someone to support this role.

Sprints and throws pre-season coaching for 2017-18 season has commenced.

Winter is the perfect time to get some event skill coaching to fix problems, improve & advance technique, injury prevention & get an early start on conditioning prior to the season start.

Wednesdays
5:00-6:30pm Sprints & Junior Conditioning with Mike Donato (0414 888 563).
5:00-6:00pm Throws with Dave Kearsley (0412 669 099).

Sundays
8:30-10:00am Throws with Dave & Mike.
10:00-11:00am Sprints with Mike.

If interested in coaching for other events during Cross Country, please contact the event coach directly. Most will start back closer to T&F season.
