First race starts at 9am sharp.
This one is yet another new location on our Knox LAC Cross Country calendar. Come and enjoy what is expected to be a wonderful running course.

Each family is required to do 2 x duties throughout the season.
ProgD Race Order: U11&12 2000m > U9&10 1500m > U6 500m > U13-16 3000m > U7&8 1000m.
