Our philosophy for our athletes: Through active involvement in games, we give the young athletes (ages 6-10) an opportunity to practice and explore the basics/fundamental movement skills (related to the events) in a positive and motivational manner.
For example, landing in Long Jump, arm technique with running etc.
When: Monday 5-6pm, resuming 1st February 2016
Who: Athletes aged 6-10 years with a smile
Where: Knox Athletics Track, meet at grandstand
What to bring: Drink, runners, hat, sunscreen

- 7th Mar – Challenges
