Lane Draw and Program

• MARSHALLING – Marshal 15 minutes before advertised time.
• EVENTS MAY RUN AHEAD OF PROGRAM TIMES
• PROGRESSION TO FINALS – Winner of each heat then the next fastest times.
• NO STRAIGHT FINALS – Under 8, 14 – 16 Heats with 8 or less teams still will run as a heat with all progressing to the Final. This provides opportunities for younger athletes to compete and older athletes to practice for their Region Relays.
• MEDAL PRESENTATIONS – directly after each race
