To ensure our Cross Country program runs safely and successfully each week, all families are required to assist with Parent Duty throughout the season.
🏃♂️ To be eligible for End of Season Awards, athletes must have a parent/guardian complete a minimum of 3 parent duties during the season.
✅ Duties must be signed up for and completed through the Volunteer Sign Up Portal.
Parent Duty is essential to:
• Set up and pack down courses
• Marshal athletes safely around the course
• Assist with timing, results and event operations
• Support a successful experience for all athletes
Without volunteers, events cannot run.
