Reminders
- Athletes should only run in the race for their registered age group. They cannot ‘run up’. This applies to Knox athletes and visitors from other centres.
- Wear your patch every week. If you forget or have lost it, please go to the recording tent BEFORE your race to get a replacement in exchange for a gold coin donation to the RCH Appeal.
