Knox LAC has packets of spikes available through the online uniform shop for $10 per packet. These are 7mm spikes and meet the Little Aths Vic regulations.
If you are heading to State Combined Events this weekend and need spikes they can be purchased from the Knox Team Manager for $10 per packet on the day.
