Cross Country Training

Cross Country training/coaching is held on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings.

Sunday morning
8:30am at Grants Picnic Ground in beautiful Sherbrooke Forest (Melway ref. 75 K4)
The session is run at a comfortable pace.
Athletes are encouraged to concentrate on correct breathing, running relaxed and learning how to pace themselves.
Parents are welcome to jog along or walk.

Wednesday evening
5:00 to 6:30/7pm at Knox Park
