KNOX LAC – Addition to Our Coaches – Nathan Dux

Knox LAC is please to welcome Nathan Dux has as a sprint coach.

Nathan brings a wealth of knowledge as former athlete and current coach and will concentrate on athletes U9 to U16 who are looking to improve their sprinting technique.

Nathan’s training sessions will start at 4.30pm from Monday 22nd November and will be located at the 200 start (Area 2) of the track.

About Nathan

Nathan Dux is a high performance coach and former athlete winning state and national championships both as an athlete and coach.

Nathan competed at National Level in the 100m and 200m

Nathans PB’s
100m – 10.36
200m – 21.30

Won the National All Schools u20 200m, placed 2nd in the 100m.
Placed 3rd at u23 in 200m and 5th in the 100m National Championships.
5th in u18 100m National All Schools.
PB in 2005 for 200m ranked 16th in Australia at that time

Won State Championships in the 100m and 200m at u20 and u23, placing in these events u18, Captain Caulfield Grammar Schools Athletics Team 2003, Captain Victorian All Schools Team 2003

Qualified Level 3 Sprints Coach, Strength & Conditioning Coach
Coached Caulfield Grammar School for four years, Firbank Girls Grammar School for 2years
Coached Knox LAC/ Seniors 2009-2013 and Coaching Co Ordinator Knox LAC 2012/13
Currently Coaching athletes from Croydon and Knox
Asst Manager of two United Kingdom athletics tours with Neville Sillitoe for Young Athletes u14-u18
