Have you qualified for the LA Vic State Championships? If so, you should be ramping up your training over the next few weeks so you’re well prepared for state.

Even if you’re not competing at state, come and join in at training and get some extra tips from our great Knox coaches. Training can improve your chances of getting more PBs late in the season.

When:

• Monday 5:15pm to 6.30pm with Frank
• Wednesday 5.30pm to 7.00pm with Frank
• Sunday 8.30am to 10.30am with Mike & Mark

Events: Shotput, Discus, Javelin
