As many of the U6s are beginning school we have more learning and fun to be had as part of Little Athletics Track and Field Program at our track.

Over the coming weeks we hope to encourage our young athletes to explore some of the events that they will compete in the following season.

The program is as follows:

• 29Jan Possible 400m, Triple Jump Exploration through relays
• 13Feb High Jump play/exploration – 20 minutes at High Jump
• 17Feb Normal Mini Olympics program
• 27Feb Triple Jump Exploration or possibly 400m

We will also support them with the current events that are listed on the program.

Knox LAC will not be participating in Relaython on Saturday 6Feb, due to a clash with our Open Twilight meet later that day.

If you wish to do this event at another center, please contact that centre to ensure they are participating and if you are able to join in.

We need a bunch of helpers to set up for Open Day/Twilight.
It would be great to have at least two volunteers from each club at the track on Saturday morning 6Feb from 8am to 9/9:30am.
