If you have registered for Relays or other meets not run by our Centre, you must wear the correct Knox uniform!

EMR Crystal Creek Camp
Crystal Creek Coaching Camps are for beginner and advanced little athletes who want to improve their technique and skills in track and field events.
Knox LAC encourage athletes to attend, and are offering a $50 cash-back incentive for Knox athletes that register and attend the camp.
