Small group training sessions for athletes that have already learned the basics, to improve their High Jump technique and performance.
Upcoming sessions: Sunday 20Nov and Sunday 22Jan 11:30-1pm
The On Track program focuses on the fundamental motor skills, all the way through to the athletic skills.
John McCall the State On Track Coordinator will be at the centre tomorrow, Sat 12Nov, to assist with running Mini Olympics with U6, U7 and U8 athletes. Although not an official On Track Workshop, parents of U6-U8 athletes, coaches and assistants are encouraged to participate in the session.
