Training for high jump is cancelled for tomorrow night due to the heat.

Congratulations to all athletes that competed at the LAVic Track and Field State Championships over the weekend.

All your hard work has put Knox at the top of the medal count, with a total of 45 medals.
This year our athletes achieved 15 Gold, 15 Silver and 15 Bronze.
Last year Knox finished 11th with a total of 22 medals.

Failure to attend duty at state could result in athletes being scratched from events at state or Knox championship day (At the discretion of the Knox Management Team).

We need your help!

With the end of season approaching it is becoming harder to fulfil club duty requirements. This leaves gaps in the program, causing disruption and delay to events.

We understand that families wish to see their children compete, may have younger children or have other commitments.  However, for events to run well (or at all!) we need families to do their duty.

If have been asked to do duty or you have not done your fair share this season, it’s time to pitch in!

Please sign-in by 8:15am and be ready to start duty when the program begins at 8:30.

It is not fair to leave duty to the regular few.
