We need your help!

With the end of season approaching it is becoming harder to fulfil club duty requirements. This leaves gaps in the program, causing disruption and delay to events.

We understand that families wish to see their children compete, may have younger children or have other commitments.  However, for events to run well (or at all!) we need families to do their duty.

If have been asked to do duty or you have not done your fair share this season, it’s time to pitch in!

Please sign-in by 8:15am and be ready to start duty when the program begins at 8:30.

It is not fair to leave duty to the regular few.

Congratulations to all athletes that participated at Region last weekend.
For those progressing to State, please make sure you have CORRECT UNIFORM.

A small supply of uniforms will be available at State.
Don’t miss out! Order and pay online, and we’ll deliver to your club!

All athletes must wear correct uniforms, no variants. Incorrect uniform could mean not competing in events or disqualification. Below is a summary of the LAVic Clothing and Shoe Guidelines and how they apply to our Centre and Club uniforms.

Knox LAC participated the Little Athletics Victoria Relaython on Saturday 4 February 2017.

Our Centre completed 154 laps – the highest lap count of all participating centres! See the LAVic News post.

As part of the Relaython, Knox families have also raised over $1,900 for the Royal Children’s Hospital. This amount continues to rise as more Club and family donations come in. See our everyday hero team page.

REGION Track & Field Championships 18&19Feb 2017

Good luck to all Knox athletes competing at State Track & Field Championships next weekend at our home track, Knox Park.

All participating families are required to do duty as usual.

Here is the *UPDATED* DUTY ROSTER – Time adjustment for 800m Circ Track Duties.

• Check BOTH days – some people have been allocated to more than one time slot, so please check both days.
• First time doing this duty – some people have been allocated a circ track position for the first time. Both Steve Lillie or Stephen Hough will be available for assistance if need.
• Check-in 15 minutes before your duty starts with the Knox Duty Coordinator.
• Can’t do assigned duty – try to swap with someone or contact Steve Lillie ASAP on 0438 112 101.
