Crystal Creek Coaching Camps are for beginner and advanced little athletes who want to improve their technique and skills in track and field events.
Knox LAC encourage athletes to attend, and are offering a $50 cash-back incentive for Knox athletes that register and attend the camp.

Check-in from 2:30pm so events are ready to start at 3pm.
Due school holidays, day lights saving and twilight meet this Sunday, we have decided to cancel ALL training on Sunday morning.
This includes sprints, throws, block starts and javelin.
Extra sessions for block starts and javelin next Sunday 8Oct.

Athletes that registered after 6pm on Wednesday CAN participate in events this Saturday, BUT they will not get participation points.
This allows our volunteers time to get everything ready for competition.
New athletes that have not yet registered, are welcome to attend as a ‘Try Out’ (provided they haven’t already had a try out).
Returning athletes – if you competed last season and arrive at the track on Saturday without having registered, you will not be able to participate.
Please register online with Little Athletics Victoria to avoid disappointment.
