First race starts at 9am sharp.

This one is yet another new location on our Knox LAC Cross Country calendar. Come and enjoy what is expected to be a wonderful running course.

Each family is required to do 2 x duties throughout the season.

ProgD Race Order: U11&12 2000m > U9&10 1500m > U6 500m > U13-16 3000m > U7&8 1000m.

Seaford LAC XC Open Day – Sat 12th May 2018

Venue : Patterson River Secondary College, 70-98 Eel Race Road, Seaford, VIC.

Starting Time: 9.30 am sharp.  First event marshalled at 9.15 am.

Entries :  $8.00 per RUN event, $6.00 per WALK event.
Each competitor may enter only one cross country event and/or one walking event.
Late entries taken on the day $10.00 per event.

Pink Day: help raise awareness against Breast Cancer. Please make a gold coin donation.
Parent’s run: cheer on your dad, mum or any ex-Little Athlete running the 3km today.
